Basic Chocolate Fudge
(same as sweet-n-condensed milk/chocolate fudge, but your making it all from scrach) this is the home recipe for Adams Chocolate's secret chocolate fudge.
Note:
 the better quality of ingreients you use, the better your recipe will taste & the healther it will be.

Ingredents
2 cups sugar
2 squares dark unsweetened chocolate, chipped
2/3 cup cream (or:milk, water)
2 tablespoons light corn sirup
2 tablespoons butter
(may leave out: dash of salt
1 tablespoon Adam Vanilla Extract

Directions
In 2 quart saucepan blend,sugar, chocolate, liquid, corn sirup, butter, and salt
heat slowly
stirring until the sugar is dissolved
cover & bring to boil
heat with-out siring until the temperature 240 is reached (or until a soft ball is formed when a few drops are placed in cold water)
add vanilla extract
let cool, with-out stiring, to a luke warm temp. of 110
beat untill creamy and mixture loses it's shine
pour into a buttered squar pan

note:
if mixture becomes too stiff to spread, the fudge may be kneaded, or a few drops of cream may be added to bring the fudge back to a spreadable consistency
