Whipped Cream Topping
Ingredients
1 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Whip cream until almost stiff
Add sugar and Vanilla and continue beating until cream holds a peak
Editors Note
for use as a Pie Topping for 1- 9 inch pie, or any desert needing a stiffer topping
Set heavy cream out to warm to room temperature
Sprinkle 3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin over 2 TBS milk and stir thoroughly.
Place over boiling water and stir until dissolved
Add to cream warmed to room temperature
Chill mixture and Whip
