Pesto Cheese Dip
Makes 31/4 cups spread

Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts*
1/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
1 clove garlic
Directions
*To toast pine nuts, place nuts on baking sheet
Bake at 350°F 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden or microwave on microwavable dish on HIGH (100%) 1 minute
Prep Time 15 minutes
1. Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, mustard and garlic in food processor
Cover and process until smooth and well blended
2. Spoon pesto spread into serving bowl or crock
Spread on crackers or serve with vegetable crudites
Serving Variations Pesto spread may also be piped into cherry tomatoes using pastry bag fitted with decorative tip
Or, use as filling in rolled flour tortillas
Pesto Dip
2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup prepared pesto sauce
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
Spread cream cheese along the bottom of a serving platter
Spread pesto sauce over top and sprinkle with sunflower seeds
Top with diced tomatoes and serve with crackers
