BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients
3 lb pork back ribs - 2 strips
4 tsp mesquite / Cajun seasoning
salt and pepper
2 c ketchup
1/2 c wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Trim fat from ribs and remove membrane, cut into 2-rib portions
Rub the seasonings over the ribs in a shallow glass
dish.
[Make-ahead: Refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours.]
Place the ribs under the broiler and cook until browned - about 5 min. per side.
Transfer the ribs to the crockpot
Whisk the sauce ingredients together and pour over the ribs - stirring to coat all
Cover and cook on low until tender -
about 8-10 hrs.
